2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated DMCA agent. The counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district, and that you will accept service of process from the party who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such party.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Once we receive your counter-notification, we may reinstate the content in question unless the original complainant files a court action against you within 10 business days.
3. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, StumblGuy.com may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
